HELP: LEARNLIGHT Android Application

This app is for use in conjunction with a white LED and a diffraction grating, which results in a band of colored light across the visible spectrum. Learn Light performs an analysis of the red, blue, and green intensity of any 2 images, then graphs the results.

Example images are included in case you are not ready to build your own spectrometer!

BASIC STEPS FOR USING LEARNLIGHT

1. Build a simple, cheap device to split light waves (see links below)
2. Photograph the resulting spectrum with your Android camera or other digital camera
3. Try different light sources
4. Try shining the same light through different colored liquids or transparent colored plastics
5. Load photos from the Android image gallery or send them to your phone if you used a different camera
6. Analyze with LEARNLIGHT
7. Graph with LEARNLIGHT
8. Export data files to view in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
