Accessing the site grants the condition of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The owner reserves the right to modify any content on the site without prior notice.
The Flappit™ trademark, the software, the designs, texts and graphic elements of this site are the property of the owner or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is prohibited without express authorisation, except for uses permitted by law.
The owner is not liable for any misuse users may make of the service, nor for the content they display on their screens, which is the sole responsibility of each customer.
Flappit is a subscription service that allows messages with a split-flap board aesthetic to be shown on internet-connected screens, managed from a web control panel. The service includes access to the control panel, the pairing of screens according to the plan contracted, and software updates.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial the account may be cancelled at no cost. When the trial ends, the service is billed according to the plan chosen.
The prices in force are those published at www.flappit.com. The subscription is charged in advance, on a monthly or annual basis, through the Stripe payment platform. Prices include the applicable indirect taxes unless otherwise stated. The owner may modify prices by giving at least 30 days' notice; the change does not affect the period already paid for.
The customer may cancel at any time from their control panel or by writing to hello@flappit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period paid for, with no penalty or minimum term. No refunds are made for partial periods, except as required by applicable regulations.
The customer undertakes not to use the service to display unlawful or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaches the advertising regulations applicable to their sector. Serious breach entitles the owner to suspend the service.
The owner works to provide continuous availability of the service, including offline operation mechanisms on the screens. However, 100% availability cannot be guaranteed and interruptions may occur for maintenance, which we will try to announce in advance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner's domicile, unless consumer regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
